Chapter begins with small flashback to Gojo teaching about Black Flash. He's asked why can't he intentionally use Black Flash. Gojo asks why would they think he can even do such feat. But then he realises everyone thinks so cuz he has Six eyes. But it's not that simple.

Sukuna used his slashes as a bluff to catch Choso off-guard. While Choso tries to face the slash, Sukuna instantly arrived behind him & threw him into a wall nearby & hit him with his 4th Black Flash.

• Gojo says there's no definite answer to the activation of Black Flash. When he goes all out, he imbues his CT in his punches. But even so, hitting a Black Flash depends on luck, even for Gojo. He says Nanami has a larger record than him, but in terms of total times, he wins. Since Gojo's fights don't lasts that long, he doesn't get many chances to hit Black Flash.

• Gege immediately drops a note after this saying Gojo is surpassed by yuji in overall Black Flash hits (this is said in prospective way, meaning this event will happen in future. Yuji will have more number of Black Flashes than Gojo by the end).

• Miguel thinks this is bad because Sukuna might gain momentum. Yuji wonders if Sukuna might get his RCT output back like Gojo. Choso realizes Miguel & Larue are here to help so they should team up & kill Sukuna before his Reversed curse technique, RCT output come backs to normal.

• Yuji tries to trap Sukuna with railing as Choso fires a supernova, but Sukuna dodges & escapes from it

• Maki catches up to Sukuna & tries to stab him with her sword, but Sukuna manages to hold on to her sword. Choso notices that Maki is using air as her foothold while fighting. But Sukuna instantly hits his third Black Flash on Maki.

• Maki notices that Sukuna's normal slashes output has raised too. Sukuna tries to send another set of slashes, but Choso blocks it with his supernova. Instantly, another set of slashes comes towards Choso but even before they hit, Sukuna is already behind him!‍

• Choso says no matter how many Sukuna hits a Black Flash & regains his momentum, if Yuji hits him with his punches, Sukuna's CE output & control over Megumi's body will get dull!

• Miguel tells Larue that they have done enough so they should retreat but Larue declines Miguel offer saying he still has something he needs to do.

• Yuji continues to fight. Sukuna tries to smash him into the ground but Yuji instantly hits him with Piercing Blood!
• Choso manages to reduce the damage by making an armor of blood & holds onto Sukuna's arm. Yuji immediately comes back with a powerful punch to Sukuna's face.

• Choso says Yuji still can't use Convergence so he gives Yuji something from which Yuji fired that piercing blood.

• Sukuna manages to push him away but Yuji immediately gets into the zone. The narrator says Mahito sensed Black Flash from Yuji, and similarly Sukuna sensed that Yuji is about to hit Black Flash. But his consciousness is forcefully diverted somewhere else!

• Larue's CT not only makes him grab a physical body, but if he has grabbed hold of someone, he can grab their hearts (consciousness) too!

• ITADORI YUJI HITS SUKUNA WITH A HUGE BLACK FLASH!!!!
