While everyone else was surprised by Tengen's appearance, Yuki questioned why Tengen did not address her in their greeting. Tengen replied this wasn't their first meeting, explaining they had feared Yuki's potential alignment with the body-switching entity "Kenjaku" - formerly Noritoshi Kamo, now inhabiting Suguru Geto's body - prompting the Tombs' concealment. Interrupting, Yuji bluntly asked about Tengen's strange appearance. Tengen clarified their cursed technique provided immortality, not anti-aging - eleven years ago, when a new Plasma Vessel failed to appear, Tengen's aging accelerated rapidly, diminishing their individual self-awareness as they evolved to become one with the world itself. Megumi and Yuta inquired about Kenjaku's objectives and how to unseal Gojo from the Prison Realm. Tengen agreed to provide information on one condition: at least two among Yuta, Yuki, and Choso - the three special-grade presences - must remain to serve as Tengen's guards. First, Tengen explained Kenjaku's goal was to force the evolution of all Japanese people by merging Tengen with mankind, as Idle Transfiguration required immense cursed energy inefficient for such a scale. A human merging with the now more cursed spirit-like Tengen would evolve beyond sorcerers, transcending physical realms - but uncontrolled, the world would be engulfed by the collective impurities of millions. Kenjaku had set the events in motion eleven years prior that stopped the merger between Tengen, the Plasma Vessel, and the Six Eyes - fated entities connected. After twice being defeated by Six Eyes users, Kenjaku killed the next Vessel and Eyes at birth, but both still manifested, forcing him to seal the Eyes instead. However, Toji Fushiguro, a man unbound by cursed fate, unexpectedly intervened, shattering these destinies alongside Geto's cursed spirit manipulation. With the Prison Realm secured six years ago, Kenjaku's Culling Game ritualistically prepares Japan's population for the merger by conveying players' cursed energy "to the other side" through barriers. Under binding vows restricting him from being the Game Master, its rules ensure interruption is impossible - players must spend 100 points to add escape clauses for unwilling participants like Tsumiki. To free Gojo, one requires the Inverted Spear of Heaven or Black Rope - lost in battles against him - capable of canceling cursed techniques, or an ancient "angel" sorcerer named Hana Kurusu, reincarnated as a player, whose technique can extinguish curses completely. Yuki and Choso volunteered as guards, Choso hoping to protect his brothers should Kenjaku come. Yuki had more questions for Tengen anyway. Tengen then retrieved the "back" of the Prison Realm to eventually unseal Gojo alongside the "front" Kenjaku controlled.
